Abs smoothie!!

- This is a great breakfast smoothie..

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (depending on fitness goals)
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp honey

Try this melon-ginger smoothie

- 1 cup chopped honeydew melon (cantaloupe can be used as substitute)

- 1/3 cup chopped peeled kiwi (1 large)

- 1/2 ripe banana

- 1/4 cup white grape juice (orange juice can be a substitute)

- 1 serving of ginger

- 2 teaspoon lime juice

- 6 ice cubes

Drink this!! eliminate the soda and caffeine from your life..
